Description: OFM is installed and configured properly but still fails to give options in New Backup Screen>Backup Options.
Symptoms: OFM not backing up DB
On the Client machine running OFM, check the following;
Check to see if the Netvault directory contains an OFM sub directory.
Check for the presence of the file OfmLvDrv.sys in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers dir.
Check the License tab of the Clients Netvault Configurator to verify the License for Plugin ID 1099000 (OFM) is installed.
Looking into the Client machines Netvault Configurator tab we found that the Plugin ID for OFM In which is 1099000 was not licensed.
