Description: Running backup from "Disk to Tape", once the first job successfully completes (phase 1) to Disk (Virtual Device), my Duplicate to tape (Physical Device), NetVault is supposed to Migrate the media from my disk (Virtual Device), but I'm still unable to use it, my jobs sit "waiting for media"
In this instance, the customer had... under the Media Options (of the Target Tab), "re-use media" set to Never, which is telling NetVault not to re-use it, ever. Once this setting was changed, the Customers disk space, after being migrated, where functioning correctly... without any more problems.
Customers issue, of the duplication finishing and then the virtuals migrating, then the migrated space not being re-used, was caused by the above mentioned setting, of "Never" re-use media.
