Exchange Fulls appear to run normally.
Exchange Incremental Fails with error "Logs and Patch Files Missing"
Transaction Logs are cleared when a full or incremental backup is completed.
1 Make sure the full and incremental backups are not scheduled to run simultaneously
2 Make sure incrementals for the same selection set are not scheduled to run simultaneously.
In this case a test incremental job had been inadvertantly left in the schedule and ran just as the normal daily incremental jobs were scheduled to run.
