When the Teradata Plugin version 13.X is first installed in a server running the NetVault Software version 8.5.X or 8.6.X in any Operating System, the following problem happens.
When Clicking on Backup and double clicking on the server where the Teradata APM is installed, if the plugin is right clicked or if any Teradata Dabase is right clicked, then the Open Dialog is missing.
No known causes are found for this behavior of the Teradata Plugin version 13.X .
This problem is resolved by uninstalling the current Teradata APM 13.X and re-installing it.
