Getting Error In Logs - "OFM not installed", but Is Installed it, the Licenses and have Rebooted (4046421)

Description: I have a Windows 2003 x64 bit server, installed the OFM plugin and then installed the OFM license... rebooted several times... the option to use the OFM plugin is there, I click it but when backup runs... it states in the logs that "Job uses OFM but OFM is not installed, so do backup without OFM.

In order for NetVault:Backup's File System Plugin to properly integrate with this version of the OFM Plugin on a Windows 64-bit operating system, you must manually move a file that was created during OFM Plugin installation. Follow the steps below to accomplish this:

1. Navigate to the following directory (where ... refers to the complete path to the local installation of NetVault:Backup): "..."/netvault/ofm
2. Locate the file, 'ofmlvdrvamd64.sys' and copy it.
3. Navigate to the following directory: C:/windows/system32/drivers
4. Paste the copied file into this directory.
5. Locate the file you just pasted, then rename it to: 'ofmlvdrv.sys'.
6. Reboot your system

With this completed, OFM Plugin functionality will be applied for use with the File System Plugin. (FYI... this information is also seen within the OFM Release Notes - under Known Issues - which can be retrieved, when you download the OFM plugin.)
