Description:
Attempting to browse the Virtual Client, it gives a popup error stating, "No plugins installed" message
Customer created a Virtual Client using a name that contained backslashes. Virtual Client is successfully created and reports back the message that the SQL Cluster successfully created.
When you browse the Virtual Client in the Backup screen it comes back with an error, "No Plugins installed".
When creating the Virtual Cluster, it is not recommended to use any forward or back slash delimiter within the name. The backslash in the name caused the Virtual Client to be inaccessible.
User guide stipulates that within the Virtual Client Name box, enter a unique name for the Virtual Client. The name cannot be changed. Spaces are not recognized in a Virtual Client name and will be replaced with underscores (“_”).
What was also found is if you use a " / " or " \ " within the name, the plugins fail to install but the Virtual Client does get created.
