Description:
Customer tried to browse the Exchange Mailbox Plugin, and received
message, "Cannot Logon as UserX".
(Note customer was still having issue after going through solution 00000685, please follow that solution first!)
After configuring Exchange MAPI, "Set Only" button gets error, "Failed to logon as UserX". "Set and Create" gets error message "Cannot start message service".
Customer recreated the MAPI profile several times, and still received the same message.
Step 1: On the Exchange Server, open up Windows 'Services"
Step 2: Select the Netvault Process Manager Service
Step 3: Right Click, select "Properties/Log On "
Step 4: Select the log on as "This Account", and enter your Exchange Account.
(note: you will usually receive a message that your account has been granted rights to logon as a service.
