Description: Trying to do a relocate restore and getting message “NDMP restore does not support exclusions"
Symptoms: “NDMP restore does not support exclusions" -
Resolution
The NDMP plugin issues restore requests to the filer. Depending on which level you select items, and where you untick items, you might end up with a combination of selections that the filer does not support for restore.
However, this error will also appear when the restore path contains the incorrect case sensitivity.
For Example: Relocation path put into Netvault is /vol/restore/restore
Actual Path is: /vol/RESTORE/RESTORE -
