Description:
"No license found for Oracle RMAN APM" occurs when attempting to browse an Oracle database.

Symptoms:
When attempting to browse an Oracle database in the backup screen, a "No License found for Oracle RMAN APM" error appears. This happens even after the permanent Oracle License has been applied.

Verify that you have installed the correct Oracle APM. The Oracle 5.0 APM license is not compatible with the Oracle 4.x RMAN or Online APM. Check that the plugin ID under client properties matches the plugin ID in the License tab of NVConfigurator for the client. In the case of Oracle APM 5.0, the plugin ID is 1095000.

**Note that BakBone currently issues license activation keys only for version 5.0 of the Oracle APM.
