This is likely due to network issues between the NV Server and SmartClient, as well as communication with the other clients.
The SmartClient is different in the aspect of just NV Server to Client communication in that the clients must also be able to communicate to the client the same as the NV Server since they are sending information to the SmartClient for backup.
