Backups fail after upgrade to 7.4.x with "This job was defined by too old a version of the plugin (4045455)

Description:
After an upgrade to 7.4, existing backups with System State selected will fail.

Symptoms:
Existing backups will fail with the message:
"This job was defined by too old a version of the plugin or contains legacy selections that are no longer supported. Backup jobs should be redefined with the current plugin. Restore jobs require an older version of the plugin to be installed."

Cause:
System Settings backups with older versions of plugin are incomplete/inconsistent and include files that should not be backed up when processing a System State job. This will generally happen if the job was originally created using Netvault 7.1.1 or earlier.
