Description: Solution for "Failed to get databases in directory < > of local Domino Server. (nul)" Error message.
Symptoms:
When expanding the Server Databases subsection of the Lotus Notes Backup Selection Set, a popup box is generated with the error message:
"Failed to get databases in directory < > of local Domino Server. (nul)"
Using right click - refresh on this option allows the Server databases to be expanded. -
Resolution
Go back to the plugin configuration and de-select the option: "Use caching to query Domino Server for all types on login"
