Description

When executing nvreusemedia.exe within NetVault Backup using the Japanese language, the end result will be unreadable and the contents cannot be confirmed.
Cause

This issue is caused by defect ID NVBU-13684
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Option 1: Set the language within the NetVault WebUI to English.
Option 2: Create a txt file to allow switching the character code using an text editor, and then check the output results.
(Example) Output method to text file:
C:\Program Files\Quest\NetVault Backup\util\nvreusemedia.exe -medialabel CH7CN001> c:\Output.txt
