Rapid Recovery 6.3 Core can not contact the license portal "Unable to contact the licensing server"
Description

Rapid Recovery Core version 6.3 is not able to contact the licensing server (portal).
Resolution
In order to get the Core to communicate to the licensing server you would disable the QorePortal plugin. To do this you would perform the following:
1. Launch the Core GUI
2. Navigate to Settings > QorePortal > Enable connection to QorePortal
3. Change this setting to: No
4. Confirm and save
5. Click 'Contact Now' from Settings > Licensing > License Server
