Symptoms:
VMware backup fails on non-windows vmware machine with the the following Netvault binary log contextual log entry for binary log message:
Output from program 'C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Consolidated Backup Framework\vcbMounter.exe'

This is a vmware/vmtools issue (SR 252487) where vmtools on the vm guest O/S attempt to execute pre-freeze scripts that are not available/installed as part of the vmtools distribution

One of the following actions may resolve the issue with the vmtools and allow the backup to be re-run without this error.

1 - reboot the vm guest machine
2 - migrate the vmware guest machine to another esx server
3 - stop/shutdown the vmtools running on the VM guest OS
