Description
If Server Monitor WebUI page is the first page opened during a WebUI session, then Warnings and Errors shortcuts in Server Monitor WebUI page do not work. -
Cause
The issue has been identified as defect NV-1399 The defect will be evaluated by our Product Team for inclusion in a future release of NetVault.
A list of "Resolved Issues" is published in the product Release Notes accompanying new releases that can be referenced to identify if a fix for this defect has been implemented. Product Release Notes are available in the "Release Notes and Guides” area of our Support Portal

Resolution
If you navigate to other WebUI pages, for example Job Status, and then go back to the Server Monitor page, then Warnings and Errors shortcuts do work as expected. Only do not work when Server Monitor page is the first page opened during a WebUI session. -
