Symptoms: Super server reports the following;

Failed to find index entry for 'NVBU/server/BACKUP_SERVER/segments/1f51800aeae7ea4c2b340000bc1e000003000000'
Failed to create delete task for removeitems request


Cause:
Two processes attempting to clean up the same data.

There is no impact on the data and this message can be ignored.

Explanation:
There are two tasks that perform the clean up of the staging area. Under some scenarios these two tasks can awake at the same time and perform clean up of the staging area. When this happens, one will manage to delete an element and the other will fail and report the element is missing.
