Cause:
This error can happen when NetVault user (example, "default") on theNetVault client isn't granted for access to run commands on the NetVault Server.

Run the 'nvpluginaccess' command on the NetVault Server to grant client access to run commands on the Server. Please refer to RMAN APM guide for more details.
