NetVault:Backup Server install fails with error 2727 (4042485)

Description:
The install fails when attempting to change the Database folder during an install of the server package on Windows. This occurs only in older versions of NetVault:Backup, 7.0.x, 7.1.0, and 7.1.1.

Symptoms:
This occurs when you use the browse button to change the location for the NetVault:Backup database directory, select the location and then hit OK button. The full error message is:
'The installer has encountered and unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2727.'

This occurs only in older versions of NetVault:Backup. To avoid this error, use version 7.1.2 or greater. If you must use 7.0.x, 7.1.0, and 7.1.1, the workaround is to manually enter the path into the Folder field, and avoid using the Browse button.
