Core UI does not load after the core server was upgraded from 2008 to Windows 2012 using in place upgrade
Description

Core UI does not load. The webpage is showing blank. Repairing the core installation does not fix the problem.
Error in the AppRecovery log:
Replay.ServiceHost.Implementation.Services.ServicesContainer () Failed to uninitialize service 'Replay.Core.Implementation.Licensing.LicenseService'. It may leak resources or fail to initialize next time
System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.Diagnostics.ITraceSourceStringProvider' from assembly 'System.ServiceModel.Internals, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'.
Cause

If .Net Framework 4.5.2 was installed on Server 2008 that was upgraded to 2012, it will need to be installed again on 2012 (after the in place upgrade).
Resolution

Verify that .NET 4.5.2 is not installed and install it from the following link.
