NetVault Backup Server 11.x does not recognize the port configuration on "Firewall" after restart from Web Ui -
Description
Following NetVault Backup Server 11.x restart from the Web UI, backup jobs running via firewall will fail.
If the NetVault Server service is restart via nvconfigurator or Windows Services instead, the same jobs complete successfully.

Cause
This issue has been identified under NVBU-15921 and only happens under the following conditions:
- Using NetVault Backup Server 11.x on Windows Server.
- Using the Web UI "Restart Services" option to restart NetVault.

As workaround, when restarting the NVBU service is required, please ensure it is done via the following options:
- NVBU nvconfigurator (no longer available starting version NVBU 11.3)
- txtconfig command under <<NVBU>>/bin
- Windows "Services(services.msc)"
