Cause
NV server cannot resolve the IP address of the client -
Resolution
Add the IP address and host name of the NV client in the hosts file of the NV server. -
Additional Information
TROUBLESHOOTING: 1. Check if there is a firewall in between. Disable it first if there is to check if this is the issue. 2. Run a test backup of the NV client from the NV server. 3. Files system plugin version of NV client and NV server should much 4. How many NICs are in the client? Are they teamed or have different IP addresses?
