DL1000 Create RASR USB drive fails with Prerequisite Check Failure
One or more critical files and/or directory paths required for RASR USB drive creation are missing.
Contact Quest support for further assistance.
Cause

The BMR directory is missing from the hidden RECOVERY partition - and is incorrectly located on the C:\drive or C:\Dell folder
Resolution
Take the following steps:
1. Use Computer Manager > Disk Management to assign a temporary drive letter to the recovery partition.
2. Copy the BMR folder from the C:\drive or C:\Dell folder (as appropriate) to the root of the Recovery partition.
3. Test USB creation again and once confirmed as working removed the drive letter to again make the RECOVERY partition hidden.
