FS Plugin performs full backs of Windows clients instead of incrementals -
Description
It is observed that the Plug-in for FileSystem performs Full Backups on Windows based clients the Incremental Backup method is selected. -
Cause
This is a product defect. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
To correctly set the control settings for Incremental and Differential Backups for clients upgraded from 8.6.3, please create the Backup Options Set for that client again.
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 10.0.5. The latest version of NetVault can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/netvault-backup/10.0.5/download-new-releases
