After installing the AppAssure agent on the cluster nodes which have CSV volumes, the CSV volumes are labeled as restricted access and report an Event ID 5125 error during backups.
Cluster Shared Volume ‘Name’ (‘Names’) has identified one or more active filter drivers on this device stack that could interfere with CSV operations.
I/O access will be redirected to the storage device over the network through another Cluster node.
This may result in degraded performance. Please contact the filter driver vendor to verify interoperability with Cluster Shared Volumes.
NOTE: Currently the only supported CSV that may be protected are Windows Server 2008 R2 CSVs. For the most up to date information on CSV support, please see the Release Notes the software build you are referring too.
