Error normally happens during the protection of the agent and displays an error that credentials are incorrect. In the event logs there is a warning event ID 6037. This issue may be seen in some web applications were the local host name is unable to resolve as expected by the target application. |
Add the agent using the IP address. If this does not correct the issue please contact support.
