NetVault Backup クライアントにて一部のソフトウェアがインストールされない (4033911)

NetVault Backupのソフトウェアをポータルサイトからダウンロードする際に、フォルダー名に全角文字を含んだフォルダー配下にダウンロード/展開してinstall.exeを実行した場合、インストールはエラーなく終了するものの、WebUIの［クライアント管理］⇒［管理］で表示される「インストール済みソフトウエア」の一覧に、「Notification」と「Report producing APM」のみしか表示されず、その他のソフトウエアがインストールされません。
この現象はクライアントのインストールのみで発生し、サーバのインストール時は以下のエラー・メッセージが発生します。
