Agents do not perform System State backups. Windows Backup can be configured as a scheduled task to do so as an alternative. However, when certain builds of AppAssure and Rapid Recovery Agent are installed (Agent service does not have to be running), Windows Backups fail with Event ID 517.
The backup operation that started at '2016-09-18T18:00:18.350546300Z' has failed with following error code '0x80780049' (None of the items included in backup were backed up.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.
For Agent builds AppAssure 5.4.3 through Rapid Recovery 6.0.2, please contact Support for a new driver to resolve the issue. Please specify this KB number and Defect ID D-32967.
