By default, a KACE Agent suspends a running process after 1 hour. This will cause a script to stop running if it continues on longer than this.
Agent timeout settings can be adjusted to different values. KACE Agent Process Timeout configuration can be set to 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour (default) and 2 hours. If KACE SMA has multiple organizations, configure Agent settings for each organization separately:
