Supported Web Browsers (4033480)

To access the Core Console, License Portal, and Central Management Console (later replaced by QorePortal), a supported web browser must be used. While any of these items may display on unsupported web browsers, functionality cannot be guaranteed. For a list of fully supported web browsers, please revise the section below.

For Rapid Recovery Version 6.3 to current

For Rapid Recovery Version 6.2 or previous

NOTES:

• Chrome is the preferred browser for Core Console, License Portal, and Central Management Console/QorePortal.

• If using Internet Explorer, Compatibility Mode must be disabled:
  1. In Internet Explorer, click Compatibility View settings on the Tools menu.
  2. In Compatibility View Settings window, uncheck:
     • Display intranet sites in Compatibility View
     • Use Microsoft compatibility lists
  3. Click Close.
• It is recommended to use the most recent version of whichever browser is chosen to be used.
