Antivirus software interferes with KBE build process
Description

The problem may be detected during the Media Manager KBE build process, with errors such as this:

Processing 1 of 1 - Adding package WinPE-HTA-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.2.9200.16384

An error occurred - WinPE-HTA-Package Error: 0x80070005

Error: 5

Access is denied

You may experience issues when trying to boot into KBE, depending on what is not included in the KBE. A command prompt may appear with the following:

X:\windows\system32\>wpeinit

X:\windows\system32\>

It may go through and map drives, but not be able to bring up the main menu:

***Performing local startup

*** Launching deployment client

'mshta' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Cause

Antivirus software can prevent the modification of the base WinPE environment included in the Windows AIK/ADK, resulting in a vanilla WinPE environment being uploaded to the SDA instead of a proper KBE with all of the specific drivers and KACE modifications.
Resolution
Perform the following steps:
- Disable antivirus temporarily while building the KBE.
- Whitelist the SDA Media Manager and Windows ADK/Windows AIK directories.
- Build the KBE in an isolated VM without antivirus software.
