On the workstations (s) that are having the issue, one or more of the files below are missing from C:\Desktop Authority or C:\Scriptlogic:
Ver.DA.220.127.116.1197.3 (depending on version of DA number will be different)
If one or more of the files above are missing, your anti-virus program could be scanning the files and removing them.
Copy those files from the authenticating DC’s Netlogon share to the C:\Desktop Authority or C:\Scriptlogic folder on the affected workstation. Run the script and if the files are deleted from the C:\Desktop Authority or C:\Scriptlogic folder, disable any anti-virus on the machine, go through the procedure again and run the script. If the files remain, then add an exception for that folder to your anti-virus.
