Call failure while determining connection state (4299618)

On the Desktop Authority server navigate to the following path C:\Program files (x86)\Script Manager and locate the system.net.dll file thats resides in the folder. Right click on system.net.dll and select Edit to modifiy the file. Locate the section of the file that reads "<key> HTTPServer </Key>" and change the value to the name of the Desktop Authority server instead of "localhost". Once the change is complete save the file and the error should no longer be generated when accessing the Desktop Authority console.
