A Desktop Authority Professional or Standard Alert comes up every few minutes:
"There appears to be a problem with your system date (or there was a problem with the date on the computer where this product was installed). Desktop Authority Professional will now exit."
The Desktop Authority license file (register.ini) is corrupt or if its a trial license it is over 60 days.
A trial license cannot exceed 60 days.
Have the Licensing Department generate a new Desktop Authority licence file and send it to the client.
Under the "Registration" link (bottom right corner of the Desktop Authority Manager Console), register and publish the new licence file.
Then force and update of client files, to do this go to the left bottom corner and click the drop down menu arrow and click the option "Force an update of the local Desktop Authority folder on clients". After this, click "Replicate changed files (default)" at the bottom left corner.
