How to launch Internet Explorer in Fullscreen (Kiosk Mode) , or in Maximized Mode. (4276319)

By default the shortcut for Internet Explorer (IE) does not open in fullscreen or in maximized mode. 

Fullscreen mode is also known as Kiosk mode. In this mode the entire screen is fill and the extra browser elements like menus and toolbars will not appear. In Maximized mode the extra browser elements like menus and toolbars are still visible.

The following procedure is can be used to launch Internet Explorer in a fullscreen (Kiosk Mode), so that it fills the entire screen without the extra browser elements like menus and toolbars.  

1. Create an Application Launcher element.
2. In the "File name including path" field type: $IEfilespec.
3. In the "Arguments" field type: -k http://www.TheURLNeeded.xxx
4. Add the appropriate Validation Logic.
5. Save and replicate changed files.
