Description

A SharePoint application conflict message appears when installing Desktop Authority on a server. "Installations of SharePoint detected on a particular server. This may cause problems with DAConsole usage. Choose Ok to ignore this warning and continue, or choose Cancel to undertake some actions to uninstall SharePoint before continue Desktop Authority installation.

SharePoint Conflict Warning
Cause

Desktop Authority 9.x might not function correctly when SharePoint is installed on the same server, due to conflicts within Internet Information Services.
Resolution

Install Desktop Authority on another server. If SharePoint is no longer being used on the server, uninstall it before restarting the Desktop Authority installation.
