Smart Card error "The smart card cannot perform the requested operation or the operation requires a different smart card." received when trying to install the Desktop Authority Manager.
Cause

The installation of Desktop Authority does an LDAP query.
Resolution

Make sure the "Smart Card" service is running on the Desktop Authority server.
