Cause
There is a known issue with the support of the command "inserthtml" within Internet Explorer. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Currently this issue only affects Internet Explorer. Until the issue can be resolved use a different browser. Chrome or Firefox.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Desktop Authority.
