Description
Devices may not perform inventory if they have the wrong date and time when set manually.

Resolution
KACE Cloud communication is done via HTTPS. We rely on certificates to validate that the communication is secure from and to our solution. If a device's time is significantly off, it might not be able to verify the validity of the certificate, leading to connection failures.
It is suggested to allow devices to get the time from the internet or a trusted NTP server when possible.
