Motorola devices may not show the option to factory reset in Recovery after a Restriction set is applied
It has been discovered that some Motorola devices may not show the option "Wipe data/factory reset" in the Recovery mode.
This may happen after a Restriction Set is applied that prevents the user from performing a factory reset. This is not observed on other brands, only in some Motorola devices.
This may lead to an unusable device if the device has a passcode rule set and the passcode is forgotten. If this happens, Motorola support needs to be contacted.
