All replication jobs fail suddenly with "not enough space on the disk" error. (4047624)

Error Message: API Call failed with message: A general system error occurred: Failed to write to C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\journal\1338581402.1320: Error writing file. There is not enough space on the disk.

This is a VMWare error thrown by the Virtual Center machine when it's local space for logging events is full. The path to these logs is on the Virtual Center Server itself, at the C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\journal directory.
