When trying to enable Oracle Tuning Advisor from Toad, the warning suggests you need OEM Tuning & Diagnostics Pack on your Oracle license.
If you don't have Advanced security or Engineered System license packs, (needed for DBMS Auto index and Sensitive Data Protection Search), can you use Oracle Tuning Advisor without those two options?
対策

Oracle Tuning Advisor runs SQL against the DBA_ADVISOR_TASKS, DBA_ADVISOR_PARAMETERS, and DBA_SQL_PROFILES data dictionary views, and uses the DBMS_SQLTUNE package.
