The TNSnames editor does not show data from the file. The TNSnames file has been loaded and is usable, but the TNSnames entries cannot be edited.
対策
1) Close Toad 2) Find this folder in Windows Explorer: C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\17\User Files\GUISettings\ 3) Rename TOAD_GUI2.INI (for exampleTOAD_GUI2_old.INI) if it exists (Note there is also a TOAD_GUI.INI. Leave that one alone) 4) Try the TNSNames editor again
