The describe function for remote table yields "ORA 02070: database does not support in this context". This occurs when using a DB Link to another database that is 12.1.0.2 or newer and using F4. The "comments" option is also enabled when this error occurs.

This issue is caused by a defect.
対策
STATUS This issue has been fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.11 which is available for download through this link.
