I am trying to uninstall the 9.7.2 trial version of Toad for Oracle. I go to the control panel then add/remove software. I receive a message stating Error 1722. there is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact you support personnel or package vendor.
Tried to use both the Quest Installer and Window Cleanup Utilities to remove Toad with no success.
The problem was due to the Cisco Security Agent.
If a Cisco Security Agent is currently running on the PC, please deactivate it before proceeding to un-install or re-install an product.
