Invalid Home Name: F:\ORACLE\ORA92\BIN

原因
Oracle Client 9.2.0.1 is no longer supported in Toad for Oracle 12.10 version. -
対策
Upgrade your Oracle Client software to a supported version such as an 11g version.
You can also check for an 'ORACLE_HOME' item in your System Environment Variables. If you have one, try renaming it to 'ORALE_HOME_OLD', then restart Toad, and then try connecting again. Regardless if this works or not, it is still recommended that you upgrade your Oracle Client software to 10g or higher.
