Clicking Apply cached updates button in Cached edit mode commits data row
説明
When I click the Apply cached updates button in Data Grid Cached edit mode, some data is committed and some data is not. This is transactional inconsistent .

Issue fixed in version 16. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here
