For 11gR2 it is: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Dell\Toad for Oracle\12.10\User Files\StatsPack Reports\11gR2
Where are the reports for 12cR1 and 12cR2?

When you run the Statspack report on a pair of snapshots on a 12c database, Toad will ask you to specify the rdbms\admin folder on the 12c database server and will then copy reports over into the following directory (which gets created once the report runs the first time) - C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Dell\Toad for Oracle\12.10\User Files\StatsPack Reports\12cR2
