Row number column is blank in Data Grid for Ref Cursor objects in Toad 10

If in the Toad options the row numbers are turned on in the Data Grid and running a Ref Cursor object, the Ref Cursor window will contain a blank column where the row numbers should be on the left.
On previous versions of Toad, the Ref Cursor results window showed the Row numbers properly.
