To increase the tablespace, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Toad Schema Browser | Tablespace tab.
2. Select the tablespace you desire and on the right hand side, select the Data File tab
3. Click on the Alter Data File icon
4. Now you can increase Data File size and click on Execute to make the change.
